Meet Dr. Lisa Eckenstein
Dr. Lisa Eckenstein brings over three decades of specialized orthodontic expertise to thefamilies of Orland Park and the greater Chicagoland area. As a board-eligible orthodontistand the only female orthodontic specialist in the area, she is deeply committed to providingcomprehensive, compassionate care for children, teens, and adults alike. Her greatest joy isseeing patients leave her office with beautiful, confident smiles that last a lifetime
Education & Training
Dr. Lisa's journey began in Lakenheath, England, before her family settled in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in 1986. Driven by a passion for dentistry, she pursued her Doctorate in Dental Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago, graduating with honors in 1990. She then completed her specialized Master's Degree in Orthodontics at Northwestern University in 1992.
Since opening her Orland Park practice in 1996, Dr. Lisa has built a reputation for clinical excellence, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to ensure comfortable, efficient, and beautiful results for every patient. She remains committed to continuous education, regularly attending seminars and conferences to stay at the forefront of orthodontic advancements.
Beyond the Office
Outside of work, Dr. Lisa resides in Homer Glen with her husband, John, and their two children, Johnny and Emma. She cherishes time spent with family and friends, and enjoys riding her horse, Lilly.
